This purpose built modern building set in the heart of Lancashire's scenic Ribble Valley is furnished to a high specification throughout and offers the ideal venue for a corporate event or team away day. A highly acclaimed catering service is also available, in fact we are told that some attendees visit us just to sample our locally produced sausages and home made cakes.

 We have a range of accommodation available to suit  a variety of events all of which can be hired individually or in any combination required.

Main Hall.  If you require a venue for a  seminar or conference our main hall can comfortably seat 180 delegates in theatre style and is equipped with sound system and induction loop additional presentation aids including data projector, overhead projector, projection screen and flip charts can also be provided if required.

Brabin's Education Room. Also on the ground floor this room can be used for training purposes or for small meetings or workshops with up to 20 attendees. The room is equipped with 12 PCs, hardwired and wireless broadband internet access, a sound system with hearing loop and a range of presentation aids including a fitted data projector and interactive white board.

Training Suite. This first floor room can accommodate up to 40 people comfortably, the room is equipped with hardwired and wireless broadband internet access, a sound system and hearing loop a white board and projection screen. As with the main hall this is a flexible space which can be configured to meet your needs and furnished with additional  equipment as required.

Committee Room This room can seat up to 8 people in boardroom style. The room is adjacent to the training suite and is ideal for small meetings, breakout sessions or workshops.
