Visit to Belarus

In 2009 many of the Children visiting Chipping had their fifth visit to the village. As the charity only funds a maximum of five visits per child this meant that we played host to a number of new children in May 2010. Following this visit, Kate the local group Coordinator, visited Belarus in August to gather some feedback from the children and their families about their time in Chipping. In addition to bringing back photos and reports to host families on the progress of their children Kate also compiled a brief presentation about the area and homes from which the charity draws its beneficiaries. ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THE CONTAMINATION IN BELARUS IS THERE FOR 24,000 YEARS BUT YOU, THROUGH THIS CHARITY, HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
